Suzanne Cowan

Suzanne was born and raised in Halifax. After completing her studies at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick and Université de Strasbourg, in France, Suzanne began a successful career in Communications. Her passion for politics led her to Ottawa, first working in the Senate, then for several Cabinet Ministers before moving to Toronto to work in the Premier’s office. While working in the private sector in Toronto, Suzanne joined Justin Trudeau’s leadership campaign and held a central role in the 2015 and 2019 federal campaigns. A lifelong Liberal, Suzanne is the President of the National Board of Directors for the Liberal Party of Canada and the “Chief Volunteer” of the Party.
