Paul Hilder is the founder and CEO of Datapraxis and one of Europe’s leading experts in political messaging, data & digital campaigns. He has advised parties in 10 countries across the continent. A serial social entrepreneur and thought leader on new politics and social change, he has two decades of global leadership experience in political organising, progressive policy, and building civic technology platforms and campaigns. He co-founded the political crowdfunding platform Crowdpac, the British networked movement 38 Degrees and the independent media platform openDemocracy.net. As the first global vice-president of Change.org, he led their growth to over 80 million users and built teams in 20 countries around the world, including Asia and Latin America.
