Céline Geissmann

Céline Geissmann is Deputy Mayor of the City of Strasbourg in charge of smart city and European citizenship. She holds a double degree in “European Governance and Public Administration” from Sciences Po Grenoble (FR) and Konstanz University (DE) and completed the post-graduate programme “European Economic Studies” at the College of Europe in Bruges.
