Silva Mertsola

Silva Mertsola is a public governance expert at think tank Demos Helsinki’s Governance Innovation team. In her work she focuses on rethinking policy-making processes for public sector clients in Finland and internationally. Most recently, Silva worked with the Prime Minister’s Office of Finland to develop and test the Humble Governance model — a novel approach to problem-solving that creates incentives for collaboration, and can rebuild political and societal trust.
